Emmen Distribution Centre

Hoevers Distribution Centre at Vasco da Gamastraat in Emmen has a surface area of some 10,000 m2 and focuses on warehousing and crossdock activities. The distribution centre is the transportation hub for the northern Netherlands and northern Germany.

Warehousing & Crossdocking

The Arnhem and Emmen branches handle the warehousing activities of the Hoevers Group. Between them these two locations have 6,000 m2 of heated space for temporary and long-term storage.

In addition to providing its customers with physical support, Hoevers will, if required, arrange for full automation of their logistic activities. Hoevers uses an advanced warehouse system for stock management. When required, Hoevers will provide customers with information on such aspects as the number of orders, order transhipments/transfers, order lines, stock per product, product group or batch, turnover rate per product, pick lists, packing or dispatch lists, shipping and CMR documents. The options are endless. Obviously, the service can be put together and extended, where appropriate, fully to suit the customer's requirements.
